This website is run by Diamond Zone, Fortune Shopping Mall, Level 2, Shop No-49/B, Mowchak, Malibag, Dhaka, Bangladesh, 1217. By browsing the site or placing an order, online, on WhatsApp or by phone, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Please give us accurate details. We use them to confirm and deliver your order.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Photos are for reference. Natural diamonds and handmade settings vary slightly, so colour, sparkle and weight may differ a little from the pictures.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. Once we confirm your order, its price is fixed.
• If a price is listed wrongly by mistake, we will contact you before going ahead.

After you place an order, our team will call you to confirm the piece, size and delivery details. An order is final only once we have confirmed it.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the details can’t be verified, or we can’t reach you. If that happens we will let you know, and refund anything you have paid.

Cash on delivery. You pay when your order arrives.

For custom-made or high-value pieces we may ask for an advance. We will always tell you before confirming the order.

• Delivery costs ৳ 100 inside Dhaka and ৳ 200 outside Dhaka. We deliver within Bangladesh only.
• We share an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.
• Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you pay. If it isn’t, do not accept it, and call us.
• If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or no one being available, re-delivery may cost extra.
• For high-value orders we may ask to see a photo ID (NID, passport or driving licence) on delivery.

You can cancel for free any time before your order is sent out. Just call or message us. Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Damaged or wrong item. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Exchange or cash-back. Pieces bought from Diamond Zone can be exchanged or sold back to us. Any deductions follow the Bangladesh Jewellers Samity (BAJUS) guidelines in force at the time. Making charges and VAT are not refundable.

For any exchange or return, please bring:

• the original invoice (cash memo) and certificate, if one came with the piece
• the piece, unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging
• your NID or passport, as required by government gold policy

Custom-made and resized pieces can only be exchanged, not refunded.

Every piece comes with an invoice, and with a certificate where one applies. Keep your invoice and certificate safe: you will need them for any exchange, return or resale.

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that use false details or misuse the site.

All photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Diamond Zone. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
